Senior Accountant – IT & Procurement Entities
Location: Cape Town | In Office
Salary: Market-related

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of multiple IT and procurement-focused entities within a multi-entity environment. This role offers strong exposure to leadership, cost management, and strategic finance partnering.

What you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
* Preparing financial statements, journals, accruals, and reconciliations
* Managing intercompany transactions and cost allocations
* Overseeing IT and procurement cost accounting (SaaS, software, capitalised costs)
* Budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost optimisation
* Strengthening internal controls and supporting audits
* Building and leading a small accounting team

Requirements:
* CPA (or in progress)
* 5+ years’ accounting experience
* Multi-entity experience
* ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
* Strong Excel skills
* Proven leadership ability
