About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Payroll Implementation experience to play a key role in a major payroll transformation program. This newly created position will support the transition from an in-house payroll operating model to a managed services environment, while contributing to the implementation of a new payroll solution.
About the Client
Our client is a well-established Australian organisation currently undertaking significant organisational and operational change. As part of a broader transformation they are modernising their payroll function, implementing a new payroll platform and transitioning to a managed services operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with payroll SME’s, business stakeholders and technology teams to support payroll transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate the transition from an internal payroll function to a managed services operating model.
- Analyse and document current and future-state payroll processes.
- Develop process maps, operational procedures, roles and responsibilities, and supporting documentation.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on payroll transformation or payroll system implementation projects.
- Experience with Dayforce epay (highly desirable).
- Must have strong understanding of payroll operations, processes, and compliance considerations.
- Experience supporting transitions from in house to an outsourced or managed services operating model is highly desirable.
- Ability to challenge requirements, ask probing questions and perform deep, meaningful analysis.
