🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

Reducing advice risk through smart system design and proactive issue resolution

Leading workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to uncover business needs

Translating requirements into user stories, process maps, and wire-frames

Collaborating with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life

🧩 What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role

Agile/Scrum expertise and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus: CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO certifications and financial services domain knowledge
