A fast-growing UAE-based company is looking for a senior, hands-on Creative Designer/Art Director to define and elevate its visual direction. This is a strategic and hands-on role, shaping campaigns and high-profile brand moments across digital, social, video, and offline channels.
What you’ll do:
✅ Set the creative vision and design direction for campaigns
✅ Produce hero visuals and high-profile assets
✅ Work across static, motion, illustration & video
✅ Design assets for app, web, social, retail & offline
✅ Elevate and protect brand identity across all touchpoints
✅ Analyse creative performance and optimise for engagement & conversion
✅ Collaborate with marketing, product & content teams
✅ Mentor and guide the creative team
Who we’re looking for:
🎯10 + years in creative / design roles
🎯 Experience with luxury or high-end brands
🎯 Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects & Premiere Pro
🎯 Strong visual storytelling and concepting skills
🎯 Strategic yet hands-on mindset
This is a growth role: Work closely with the Head of Creative and act as a mentor, with potential to expand into team leadership
