We are partnering with a growing global technology company that is expanding its presence in Malaysia. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior Campaign Specialist to help strengthen their marketing engine and drive pipeline creation for the commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and optimizing campaigns, collaborating closely with sales, and experimenting with strategies that directly impact revenue generation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads
- Manage LinkedIn and outbound campaign activities to support demand generation efforts
- Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure leads are properly qualified and transitioned into the pipeline
- Monitor and improve lead scoring and lead handover processes to ensure alignment between marketing and sales
- Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies that support pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports or dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Experiment with different approaches to identify what drives stronger engagement and pipeline velocity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnel management (SQL – Opportunity – Revenue)
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline creation
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and outbound campaign tools such as Apollo
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly when collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ideal Background
- Experience in B2B marketing or demand generation roles
- Exposure to SaaS or technology-driven environments is preferred
- Candidates with strong B2B campaign experience from other industries are also welcome
