Role Overview

Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join a customer-facing Microsoft Dynamics CRM engagement in Riyadh. This is a 12-month extendable contract, requiring a senior, onsite consultant at Manager+ level with strong stakeholder-facing and workshop-led delivery experience.

You will play a key role in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to the client. The role is highly customer-facing and requires strong experience leading workshops, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops, requirement elicitation, and business process mapping
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for Dynamics CRM engagements
• Translate business needs into functional designs and user stories
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and delivery
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear functional guidance
• Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and client expectations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CE)
• Senior-level functional consulting experience
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead workshops and drive requirements independently
• Experience working on enterprise-scale CRM programmes
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Arabic language skills (highly beneficial)

Desirable Experience:

• Background in financial services or regulated environments
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Prior onsite delivery experience in the KSA market
