About the Role

An opportunity for a high-calibre Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of an established, high-income client portfolio.

This is a strategic account management role, focused on maintaining and growing Gross Profit, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of key client accounts and portfolio performance
  • Drive account growth strategies and identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end across activations and experiential marketing
  • Oversee national rollouts, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Manage project costings, quotes, and margin control
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, campaign management, operations)
  • Deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and account tracking

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or events
  • Proven track record managing and growing key accounts
  • Experience with national campaign rollouts
  • Strong commercial acumen with exposure to Gross Profit and margin management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability

Key Performance Metrics

  • Monthly Gross Profit target: R641,000
  • Quarterly Gross Profit target: R1,923,000
  • Delivery of campaigns within budget and agreed margin thresholds
