Senior Mainframe Security Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Mainframe Security Engineer with deep technical expertise and architectural capability to strengthen our enterprise security landscape. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing secure mainframe solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with global security standards.

What you’ll bring:

• 20+ years of hands-on RACF expertise across large-scale environments
• Proven experience in mainframe architecture and solution design
• Advanced proficiency in JCL and SAS
• Strong scripting knowledge with Rexx, Assembler, and Python
• Deep understanding of Audit, Compliance, and Security Benchmarks (CIS, PCI, STIG)
• Excellent mentoring and training capabilities to uplift technical teams
