Our client, a leading global technology and financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Manager to join their Marketing team on a contract basis.

This is a senior, strategy-led role with real ownership you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end CRM & Lifecycle strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, while also building the playbook for a global churn strategy. You’ll lead and coach a team, influence across product, engineering, analytics and creative, and operate as a trusted advisor on all things CRM.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end ANZ + UK CRM & Lifecycle strategy and be accountable for the team hitting lifecycle OKRs
  • Build and lead the playbook for a global churn strategy
  • Design, introduce and continuously improve CRM & Lifecycle journeys to maximise impact
  • Lead a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation agenda across ANZ + UK lifecycle channels
  • Use data and insights to continually optimise strategy, tactics and growth performance
  • Manage, coach and develop direct reports to perform against team OKRs
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative
  • Understand ANZ and UK consumers to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborate and share ideas with the global lifecycle team

What you bring

Essential

  • 6+ years’ experience in CRM or data-driven marketing
  • Proven track record delivering CRM strategies that drive performance and hit KPIs
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation and using data to scale CRM programs
  • Experience leading and coaching teams
  • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying actionable trends
  • Experience building and executing experimentation and A/B testing roadmaps

Desirable

  • Background in fintech, retail or a high-growth digital environment
  • Exposure to global or multi-market CRM strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline
