This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for strategic client relationships, premium consulting sales, revenue growth, and practice leadership, with a strong focus on Finance Transformation on the IT / digital side. The mandate includes shaping high-value consulting engagements, building market-leading finance transformation capabilities, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders across large, complex accounts.

The role would suit someone who:

Comes from a finance transformation background, spanning digital finance, ERP-enabled transformation, data, automation, and operating model change
Has led and grown major consulting practices or strategic accounts within IT-led or technology-enabled transformation
Has a strong track record converting high-value consulting opportunities into long-term engagements
Operates comfortably at executive level as a thought leader and trusted advisor
Enjoys balancing sales leadership, delivery governance, and people development, while maintaining personal billability at premium rates
