Senior Product Designer

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong agency experience to join the team on a 3-6 month contract. This person will play a key role in building and scaling a comprehensive design system while also supporting ongoing product and client-facing projects.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing high-quality UI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and evolution of a scalable design system (components, patterns, documentation, governance)
• Establish UI standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices
• Design high-quality interfaces across web and digital product experiences
• Translate product requirements into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, and polished UI
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Contribute to active client/project work as needed (feature design, iterations, improvements)
• Ensure consistency and cohesion across all digital touchpoints

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong agency background (comfortable working across multiple projects and fast-paced environments)
• Proven experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
• High-level UI craft with strong attention to detail
• Experience designing complex digital products (B2B and/or B2C)
• Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, token systems)
• Comfortable presenting work and explaining design decisions

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within established brand systems
• Motion/interaction design skills
• Experience collaborating in Agile environments
