Senior Product Manager

My client is looking for a Senior Product Lead, to own end-to-end product strategy and execution across a complex, multi-stakeholder platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior product professional with strong B2B SaaS experience and exposure to consumer platforms, who can simplify complexity and deliver scalable, user-first products.

The Role
You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, sales, partnerships, and compliance to turn a sophisticated platform (brands, consumers, rewards, payouts, partners) into a seamless product experience. While the platform leverages Web3 infrastructure, the focus is on delivering Web2-first user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities
• Balance short-term GTM needs with long-term platform strategy
• Lead product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define PRDs, user stories, and success metrics
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases
• Design user experiences that abstract Web3 complexity
• Define and track core product KPIs (activation, conversion, retention)
• Act as the single source of truth for product decisions across teams

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years in Product Management or Product Leadership
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS platforms and/or consumer-facing products
• Proven track record delivering complex products at scale
• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguity

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fintech, payments, rewards, or incentive systems
• Exposure to Web3 / crypto infrastructure
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments
• Previous founder-led or early-stage experience
