Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech business that is building the next generation of financial products for the region. This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre team made up of leaders from some of the world’s most respected technology companies, including Google, Cash App, Square, Shopify, and other leading global organisations.

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a greenfield (0→1) product initiative, taking ownership from concept through to launch and scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building products from the ground up.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving product strategy, execution, delivery and go-to-market initiatives. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, commercial and leadership teams to build innovative fintech solutions that solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a 0→1 product initiative from discovery through launch and ongoing growth.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own product delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and timely releases.
• Translate customer and market insights into product opportunities and prioritised features.
• Partner closely with engineering, design and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to overall business strategy.

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
• Significant Product Management experience, including proven experience within fintech.
• Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling products from 0→1.
• Strong ownership across product strategy, execution, delivery and go-to-market.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
• A track record of delivering high-impact digital products that create measurable business value.
