This is a highly visible, strategic role that sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. The successful candidate will define how products are brought to market, how value is communicated to different audiences, and how product-led growth translates into measurable ARR.
The Role
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market motion for new products and features, from early beta through global launch and expansion. You will architect the systems, messaging, and operating cadence that power acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will partner closely with senior leaders, influence product and commercial strategy, and guide a growing team of marketers and external partners to deliver high-impact launches and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

- Own go-to-market strategy across all products and major feature launches.
- Define ideal customer profiles, segmentation, and value propositions across key audiences.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with creators, media organizations, and industry partners.
Product-Led Growth Strategy
- Architect the product marketing engine across the full customer journey, from awareness and activation through retention and expansion.
- Partner with Product on pricing, packaging, and positioning inputs.
- Design funnel architecture and growth experiments that drive adoption and ARR.
Launch Excellence
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including beta programs, public releases, and global rollouts.
- Coordinate campaigns, creative assets, PR and earned media, and creator or partner collaborations.
- Ensure launch readiness across internal teams and external channels.
Sales Enablement
- Equip Sales and Growth teams with compelling enablement materials, including pitch decks, messaging frameworks, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure alignment between product narrative and commercial execution.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Serve as the expert on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and synthesize insights from users, Sales, and Product to inform roadmap and GTM decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing teams around shared priorities.
- Influence executive decision-making with data-backed insights and market perspective.
Team & Partner Leadership
- Mentor and guide a growing bench of digital, creative, and content marketers.
- Set execution standards and manage agency or contractor resources as needed.
Success Metrics
- ARR growth driven by product adoption, expansion, and new launches.
- Activation, usage, and retention metrics (e.g. Day-30 / Day-90 retention).
- Qualified pipeline influenced by product marketing content and enablement.
- Expansion and upsell revenue tied to product-led initiatives.
- Channel efficiency and unit economics across GTM campaigns.
