We’re looking for a customer-focused project professional with a background in electrical, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or related industries to join a leading organisation delivering critical customer connection and development projects.

This role is ideal for a Senior Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Electrical Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to larger, more complex projects while working closely with customers, contractors, and technical teams.

About the Role

As a Customer Projects Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer projects from initial enquiry through to delivery. Acting as the key point of contact, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Projects range from residential developments and commercial connections through to larger infrastructure projects, providing excellent variety and development opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage multiple customer projects from planning through to completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Review project scopes, designs, and cost estimates
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and key milestones
• Manage variations, risks, and customer expectations
• Resolve project issues and coordinate practical solutions
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Build strong relationships with customers and delivery partners

About You

You may come from an electrical, utilities, construction, telecommunications, engineering, or infrastructure environment and have experience coordinating projects, field works, customer connections, installations, or capital works programmes.

Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

You’ll likely have:

• Experience coordinating or managing projects in a technical environment
• An electrical, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or construction background
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
