Senior Recruitment Consultant – 4 month contract – immediate start!

An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our client on a fixed-term contract through to 18 December 2026, supporting a significant organisational transformation across Marketing, Communications and Professional Services.

This is a high-impact recruitment role where you’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end hiring outcomes across a large portfolio of newly created and strategic positions.

About the Role

Working as part of an established Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with Directors and Associate Directors to recruit a diverse range of professional services roles across marketing, communications, digital, brand, media, engagement and leadership functions.

You will be experienced in :

• End-to-end internal recruitment across professional services positions
• Proactive sourcing and executive search activities
• Market mapping and talent bench marking
• Building talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide recruitment advice and market insights
• Managing recruitment processes through to offer stage

About You

We’re looking for a seasoned recruitment professional who has ideally worked in internal recruitment, who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted talent advisor.

Experience recruiting within marketing, communications, digital or professional services functions will be highly advantageous.
