Senior Sales Manager
I’m excited to be partnering with an outdoor design company who is on the search to hire a Senior Sales Manager. This is a role for a commercially sharp sales leader who understands what it takes for a high-end brand to reach the next level!
You’ll be at the centre of expanding the company globally and shaping how the brand is seen worldwide.
What You’ll do
- Grow global revenue year‑on‑year.
- Open new markets across luxury brands.
- Build trusted relationships with senior buyers and distributors worldwide.
- Protect the brand’s standards: pricing discipline, merchandising, premium presentation.
- Oversee forecasting, order flow, and coordination with logistics and finance.
- Maintain a high‑quality CRM and clear sales dashboards.
- Partner with product, brand, and DTC teams on launches and retail storytelling.
- Lead and develop a small, high‑performing sales team.
What You Should Bring
- B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Background in retails
