We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Process Architect to join a growing ServiceNow Partner and play a pivotal role in transforming client operations. This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow to enhance ITSM processes while also covering areas such as ITAM, HRSD, GRC, FSM, and CSM.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the process expert during ServiceNow implementations.
Lead workshops to gather requirements, design processes, and guide clients through best practice adoption.
Analyse, map, and optimise business processes, driving automation and efficiency.
Build, test, and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting organisational change and delivering measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator + at least one Implementation certification (ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC, FSM, or CSM).
7-9 years consulting experience, including 4+ years working with ServiceNow ITSM/ITIL processes.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience in process modelling, workflow automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPR).
Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid projects.
