About the Role:
The Service Designer will focus on creating meaningful and seamless experiences across customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone skilled at mapping journeys, developing personas, and translating insights into tangible design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer and stakeholder research.
- Map customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
- Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions.
- Deliver actionable outputs that inform strategy and implementation.
Ideal Profile:
- 2-5 years’ experience in service design, user experience, or CX research.
- Hands-on experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting tools (e.g., Miro, Figma).
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills.
- Experience in consulting or customer experience transformation projects is an advantage.
