ServiceNow Advisory Manager

We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving platform strategy, adoption, and continuous innovation across digital workflows.

In this role, you’ll bridge business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring clients realise measurable value from their platform investments. You’ll lead cross-functional technical teams, influence platform evolution, and drive digital transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for key enterprise accounts.
• Lead platform strategy, maturity, and integration across digital ecosystems including automation, observability, and AI operations.
• Oversee solution architecture, scalability, and governance to align with best practices.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams to uphold quality and technical excellence.
• Analyse platform performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify growth opportunities and support commercial discussions through technical insight.

About You:

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a platform leadership or enterprise architecture role.
• Strong experience delivering and optimising ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and translate technical delivery into business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be Arabic-speaking

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL v4 Foundation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly desirable
