In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that every solution is optimized for performance, security, and long-term success.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 8 – 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, TSM, HRSD, and ITBM
• Expertise in platform architecture, including the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow applications and configurations
• Advanced integration capabilities, specifically implementing and maintaining third-party integrations using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services
• Technical proficiency in modern development, including Service Portal, Mobile Development, and Integration Hub
• Strategic leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to guide junior consultants and conduct technical assessments for new plugins and features
• ServiceNow Certifications: Required: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred
