We’re supporting a major enterprise organisation in Riyadh that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
  • Identify pain points and recommend process improvements across ITSM workflows
  • Drive ServiceNow ITSM enhancements, standardisation and automation initiatives
  • Define Service Catalog requirements and support UX-focused improvements
  • Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support Agile delivery, UAT and go-live activities

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • 8+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
  • Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
  • Experience with Service Catalog and requirements documentation
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
