We’re supporting a major enterprise organisation in Riyadh that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Identify pain points and recommend process improvements across ITSM workflows
- Drive ServiceNow ITSM enhancements, standardisation and automation initiatives
- Define Service Catalog requirements and support UX-focused improvements
- Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile delivery, UAT and go-live activities
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 8+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Experience with Service Catalog and requirements documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
