ServiceNow Presales Architect

I’m working with a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner that is looking to hire an experienced Product & Solution Architect to join their growing team in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of presales, solution architecture, and enterprise transformation, helping shape winning ServiceNow propositions across the Middle East.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading customer discovery workshops and translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Owning solution design, implementation approaches, and technical proposals for enterprise opportunities
• Delivering compelling demos, technical presentations, and solution defences to clients
• Responding to RFPs/RFIs, producing effort estimates, and supporting bid strategy
• Working closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure solutions are commercially competitive and technically achievable
• Contributing to GTM strategy, product development, demo assets, and accelerators

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Solution Architecture and Presales experience
• Strong knowledge across ITOM (essential), ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD and/or IRM
• Experience leading enterprise solutioning, workshops, demos, and technical proposal development
• CSA + Certified Application Developer + multiple CIS certifications preferred
• Previous delivery experience as a lead architect with the ability to bridge sales and implementation
