ServiceNow Presales Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales engagements – delivering impactful demos, workshops, and tailored solution presentations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, value-driven ServiceNow architectures.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to create winning proposals and client roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients across industries, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform capabilities.
• Support the handover from presales to delivery, ensuring solution integrity throughout implementation.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, or CSM).
• Hands-on experience designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Proven track record of successful RFP responses, demos, and client presentations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• At least three Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.
