Overview
A leading global IT services and consulting organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager with strong technical experience to lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations across enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
This role requires a hands-on Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring successful end-to-end programme execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow programmes (greenfield and transformation initiatives)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources across multiple workstreams
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, engaging with senior stakeholders
- Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across the programme lifecycle
- Work closely with architects and developers to review technical designs and ensure best practices
- Support solutioning and pre-sales activities where required
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and roadmap
- Coordinate across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
- Oversee UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Programme Management
- 5+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations
- Proven experience managing large enterprise or government projects
- Strong exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience working within global system integrators or consulting environments
- Prior experience working in the Middle East (Saudi preferred)
