Overview:
A leading digital brand in the iGaming space is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to grow and nurture its online communities. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with audiences, creating meaningful conversations, and building strong brand loyalty across social platforms.
You’ll be responsible for managing daily community interactions, creating engaging content, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow online communities across social platforms
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging social content
- Monitor conversations, comments, and feedback, responding timeously
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
- Track and report on engagement metrics and community insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in community or social media management
- Strong understanding of social platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent written communication and people skills
- Creative, proactive, and community-focused mindset
- Experience in digital, entertainment, or iGaming environments is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
