You won’t just follow requirements but you’ll interpret them, challenge them, and turn them into practical, working solutions. What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Enhance, maintain, and optimize existing data applications and workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability
  • Work with customer segmentation and audience-based data within client environments
  • Collaborate with developers and senior team members while managing your own deliverables
  • Track and manage tasks through ticketing tools (e.g., Jira/Kanban)
  • Provide regular progress updates and ensure commitments are met
  • Occasionally support critical issues when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in SQL and Python
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake (preferred) or Databricks
  • Background in Data Engineering or similar technical roles
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#, Perl, or Shell scripting is a plus
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts
  • Experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools
  • Familiarity with Jira or ticket-based workflows

  • A strong communicator who can bridge business and technical teams
  • Accountable and reliable in delivering tasks
  • Proactive in providing updates and feedback
  • Independent, yet collaborative when needed
