A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Solution & Technology Architecture Lead to define and drive the enterprise technology vision. This senior position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital transformation journey, ensuring technology solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver the enterprise and solution architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and transformation roadmap.
Lead a team of solution and technology architects, driving best practices, standards, and governance across all initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance agility, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between business needs and technical solutions.
Champion agile and DevOps-aligned architecture practices such as microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
Provide architectural leadership across both agile and waterfall projects, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and reusable solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Architecture certifications (TOGAF, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years leading cross-functional technical teams.
Proven success in large-scale digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of modern architecture practices (microservices, API-led, cloud).
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience within the airline or travel industry is highly desirable.
