What you’ll be doing

As part of a regional support team, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets and application issues
  • Investigate backend system and platform-related concerns
  • Support onboarding activities, product demonstrations, and client guidance
  • Assist with contract mapping and product-related queries
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand new products and features
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted contact for customers
  • Work with regional and global teams to deliver seamless support services

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with confidence interacting with clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Nice-to-have:

  • Basic understanding of SQL and database queries
  • Exposure to networking concepts such as TCP/IP
  • Scripting knowledge (particularly Python) is a plus
  • Additional language skills such as Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous
