The Role
You’ll support the team in bridging the gap between business needs and system solutions – helping ensure processes run smoothly and improvements are implemented effectively.
This is not just a documentation role – you’ll be involved in understanding how the business operates and helping improve it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements
- Supporting the team in analysing processes and identifying improvements
- Helping manage and track change requests from stakeholders
- Working alongside operations and tech teams to support system updates
- Participating in testing (including UAT) to ensure solutions work as expected
- Assisting with user support and troubleshooting system-related queries
- Creating basic documentation, guides, and training material
- Supporting workshops and stakeholder sessions
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong interest in systems, processes, and how businesses operate
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using tools like Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Nice to have:
- Exposure to retail, supply chain, or e-commerce environments
- Basic understanding of testing, system support, or process mapping
- Any exposure to BA methodologies or tools
