Embedded within Talent Acquisition, you’ll act as the go-to expert for hiring insights, partnering closely with TA, HR, and senior stakeholders to elevate how data is interpreted, communicated, and leveraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact Talent Acquisition insights to improve hiring efficiency, funnel performance, and quality of hire
- Design and build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-ready visualisations (Power BI, PowerPoint, Adobe Express)
- Translate complex and imperfect datasets into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Build and manage end-to-end analytics initiatives, including defining success metrics and tracking outcomes
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to position the function as a data-driven, strategic advisor
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across TA, HRBPs, and People Analytics teams
- Improve data quality and contribute to building a consistent “single source of truth”
- Operate in ambiguity to build and evolve reporting processes from the ground up
Experience Required
- 2-4 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or insights roles working with Talent Acquisition/recruitment, and/or HR data
- If you have worked in recruitment/talent previously and transitioned into a data lead role that is not working with Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, then this is also suitable
- Strong Excel skills (complex modelling, Power Query)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau (dashboard design and data modelling)
- Exposure to HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g. Workday, Oracle, etc.) for data extraction and analysis (not system ownership)
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and influence decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in partnership across enterprise organisations (i.e., with people analytics, HRBPs, Talent Team) – Bonus
What’s in it for you?
- 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or conversion to permanent
- Full Paid Leave entitlements (Annual, Personal & Public Holidays)
- High-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership across APJ
- Opportunity to shape and scale Talent Acquisition analytics in a global business
- A unique blend of hands-on analytics and strategic influence
- Award-winning culture based on being genuine, collaborative, inclusive & high-performing
