Senior Project Manager
Why you’ll want to be here
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, fully remote digital team working with international clients on complex, custom-built web solutions. You’ll be surrounded by experienced designers and developers who care deeply about quality, structure, and long-term value – not rushed, cookie-cutter delivery.
The environment suits someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and variety. You’ll work across multiple projects, industries, and stakeholders, with the trust to run delivery your way while continuously improving how things are done. If you like being close to the technical detail and the client conversation, this role will feel right.
The role
We’re looking for a senior-level Project Manager with strong technical understanding to lead end-to-end delivery of custom web projects. You’ll sit at the centre of delivery – aligning clients, designers, and developers to ensure work is well scoped, technically sound, and delivered to a high standard.
This is not a checkbox PM role. You’ll be hands-on with requirements, timelines, and technical decisions, ensuring projects are built properly and built to last.
What you’ll be responsible for
-
Owning delivery from discovery through launch and post-launch support
-
Translating business and design needs into clear, actionable technical work
-
Managing timelines, milestones, resourcing, and budgets across multiple clients
-
Acting as the primary client contact, driving clarity and expectation management
-
Working closely with developers and designers to ensure feasibility and quality
-
Upholding best practices around performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability
-
Continuously refining delivery processes and internal workflows
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
-
Proven experience managing projects in a digital or web agency environment
-
Strong understanding of web development concepts (themes, plugins, CMS architecture, modern workflows)
-
Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Experience running multiple projects and client relationships in parallel
Nice-to-haves
-
Previous hands-on development or technical leadership experience
-
Exposure to platforms like WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or similar
-
Familiarity with JavaScript, React, PHP, MySQL, or modern front-end frameworks
-
Knowledge of CRO, SEO, performance optimisation, or Agile delivery methods
Who you are
-
You care about quality, structure, and doing things properly
-
You’re comfortable challenging assumptions and improving solutions
-
You enjoy being close to the product and technical decision-making
-
You thrive in fast-paced, agency-style environments with varied work
-
You’re proactive, curious, and continuously learning
