Overview
Seeking a Technical Service Consultant to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support
- Troubleshoot system and SQL/database issues
- Manage support tickets and escalations
- Assist with reporting, data queries, and system setup
- Maintain clear documentation
Key Skills
- Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)
- SQL querying & troubleshooting
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Experience
- 3+ years SQL experience
- 2+ years in technical/customer support
Nice to Have
- SSRS / Power BI
- POS or retail system exposure
Working Setup
- Thursday-Monday schedule (includes weekends)
- Hybrid role with remote support
