Job Overview

An established player in the networking and ICT sector is looking for a Technical Trainer with hands-on experience to deliver practical, product-focused training. The role supports internal teams and channel partners to improve product understanding, installation, and overall adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to internal teams, distributors, and partners
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on workshops
• Develop and maintain training materials and technical guides
• Train on product setup, configuration, and real-world applications
• Support sales teams with technical product knowledge
• Provide field-based training and support when required
• Gather and share market feedback and insights

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in networking, ICT, or hardware environments
• Strong understanding of routers, switches, access points, and IP systems
• Experience delivering training or product enablement
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with installers, ISPs, or distribution channels

Candidates must have practical, hands-on technical experience and not purely theoretical knowledge.
