What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and updating SOPs, standards, work instructions and policies
- Mapping and improving technical/operational processes
- Creating documentation that supports compliance, QA and change‑control
- Working with SMEs across engineering, operations & field services
- Publishing via Confluence/SharePoint & visualising workflows
About You
You’re experienced in technical writing for engineering, infrastructure, utilities or complex operational environments. You’re confident extracting information from SMEs, structuring processes clearly, and building documentation that teams value and use.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience writing technical standards, SOPs or operational documentation
- Strong process analysis & documentation skills
- Tooling familiarity (Confluence, SharePoint, Visio/Lucid)
- Ability to work with engineers & operational teams
- Eye for accuracy, structure & continuous improvement
