Salt have partnered with one of the UK’s leading online subscription businesses, empowering a marketplace that thrives on sustainability, giving customers access to an array of independent suppliers.
The business is currently in an exciting phase of growth, focusing on markets across the US and Australia, giving them access to 65 different geographies globally.
As such, they are looking for an experience Senior Data Product Manager to own the end to end data experience internally and externally. You’ll be leading the data product vision and strategy, and be given complete autonomy around how to improve data quality and the commercial outcomes associated with it.
This role would suit a Product Manager who can navigate the technical aspects of Data and who has experience leading a team of Data Engineers, scientists and BI/ analytics. You’ll also bring a ‘can do’ attitude to the team, leading from the front and inspiring the wider organisation by bringing them on the journey of what data can do for the business.
If you enjoy working on data problems and owning the entire vision and strategy for the product, it would be worthwhile reading on.
Here are a few requirements:
You’ll be based in their central London office location on a hybrid basis, working with a predominantly UK based team but liaising with colleague in the US and Europe.
As part of the interview process, you’ll speak with the Head of Product who you will report into, peers across Data and Analytics and finally with their Global Product Director.
