Delivery Lead – BI – Telco – Perm

Delivery lead with extensive experience across BI application urgently required to join a global telecom company. As the successful Delivery Lead you will represent the offshore BI team at the local market, establishing strong working relationship with BI finance and technology stakeholders.

As the Delivery Lead you will be accountable for;

• Strong inter working relationship with BI stakeholders from finance and technology
• Identify core pain areas in BI space and work with offshore teams for their resolution
• Timely and accurate reporting on the service
• Establish working relationship and coordinate with other operations / technology teams and third parties for successful BI operations
• Capacity & Demand Management
• Point of contact for new upcoming demands; responsible to deliver estimates for financial planning purposes.

Key Experience required for the BI Delivery Lead includes but is not limited to;

• Strong experience with a combination BI applications and telecom domain knowledge
• Strong technological background, with degree level technical / engineering qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Hands on experience in Business Intelligence implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Functional knowledge in Telecom domain.
• Have worked in a large multi-location enterprise IT set up

Any expertise with the following would be considered highly beneficial.

• Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams (European delivery experience preferable) on-shore and off-shore
• Strong reporting & Analytical skills
