We’re looking for a talented and experienced Digital Programme Manager to join our team and help us accelerate the digital transformation of our retail clients. In this role, you’ll lead a team of digital experts in delivering innovative eCommerce projects, managing complex platform migrations, and overseeing multi-million-pound budgets. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, driving business growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of digital experts in delivering innovative eCommerce projects, from conception to completion.
• Manage complex eCommerce platform migrations coupled with business transformation.
• Oversee budgets of approximately £5 million.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end delivery plans ensuring timely operational rollouts and service transitions.
• Create and monitor integrated project plans to meet project objectives and align with stakeholder business drivers.
• Work closely with other teams and third-party vendors to identify and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage and communicate crucial dependencies and risks to senior stakeholders across various retail clients.
• Supervise third-party suppliers and solutions, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Triage defects and secure Quality Assurance sign-off.
• Maintain governance by providing regular project status reports, resource utilization updates, and budget tracking.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Digital Programme Manager, with a focus on eCommerce and retail.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience in managing senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in an eCommerce retail change environment.
• Familiarity with managing PIM and CRM systems.
• Capacity to understand business drivers and link them to technical and business solutions.
• Demonstrable leadership skills, delivery focus, and the ability to project a positive, energetic attitude while resolving disputes and overcoming challenges.

What We Offer

• A competitive basic salary ranging from £75,000 – £90,000
