Your Role

As a Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to their clients’ success by joining their leadership teams. What you need to be successful in this role

• 6-10 years of consulting experience
• Attained ‘Manager’ or ‘Senior Manager’ grade at a top-tier consulting firm
• Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex ideas
• Exposure to technology-driven projects
• Desire to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from strategy to delivery
• Knowledge of how to leverage technology and digital assets to deliver lasting business change by leading workstreams that follow the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
