This organization is embarking on an exciting stage of growth, about to close series B funding, ready to scale and really grow out their product offering.

Think an innovative Product that allows customers to have access to an array of financial products, lending, SME finance, Merchant cash advance, to put it simply this company offers hundreds of thousands of accountants the opportunity to have an array of product and services at their fingertips, therefore empowering them to grow their own businesses.

TO be clear we don’t actually need people with fintech experience, it could be a plus though! What we need is people who are passionate about growing products and services, perhaps a mobile app or SAAS products. As a product manager you will be responsible for the adoption, performance and success of our clients funding product oriented to their adviser community.

Responsibilities

· Researching and understanding the needs of your user base

· Responding to their needs through improving the product

· Responsibility for the backlog and working with the team via scrum master

· Undertaking design thinking user-centred activities to drive innovation

· Working with stakeholders to facilitate agreement on the roadmap priorities

· Maintaining a product roadmap of priorities

· Document roadmap items into a product backlog

· Sharing the product backlog with the engineering team

· Ultimately being responsible for the user acceptance of the product backlog

· Measure the success of the product and act upon results

· Able to conduct quantitive and qualitive research

· Empathise with the needs of our customers and identify user needs

· Create prioritised digital roadmaps based on research insight

· Map user needs against journeys and other customer attributes
