Salesforce Project Manager

Salesforce Project Manager | Munich | 3 month initial contract

My client, a leading energy supplier based in Munich, are looking for an experienced Project manager who has hands-on experience in the configuration of Salesforce, especially Service Cloud to work on a migration from SAP CRM to Salesforce.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in the energy industry and who has been exposed to working in Agile and Scrum environments and can manage across teams and across different projects to ensure improvements are implemented.

The aim of the project is, among other things, to switch from the existing SAP CRM to Salesforce. The project has already laid the foundations and the new system landscape is already becoming productive for some of the Customers. In order to be able to scale on the new platform, it is necessary to edit and make customer concerns as efficient as possible. This requires cross-project and cross-system improvements are made that are implemented across multiple agile Scrum teams.

This person will be responsible for:

* Project and cross-system advice and support for the further development of the systems in the

Customer contact management

* Current analysis of processes and systems

* Definition and evaluation of target scenarios

* Development of business cases

* Conceptual design

* Solution design including prototyping and configuration in Salesforce

* Derivation of epics and user stories

* Development of implementation roadmaps

* Set priorities

* Stakeholder management

* Coaching of product owners and scrum teams

* Monitoring the implementation

Experience:

* IT project manager at senior level

* At least 5 years of experience in agile projects

* At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry

* Experience in a renowned IT management consultancy is desirable

* Excellent analytical skills

Competencies (must have):

* Analysis of complex business processes and technical relationships and formulation of

business requirements

* Skillful use of Scrum methods and ability to understand understandable epics and user stories

to formulate with clear acceptance criteria

* Understanding of the relationships between processes in energy sales

* Ability to process complex issues in a structured manner and to be appropriate for stakeholders

communicate

* Hands-on experience in the configuration of Salesforce, especially Service Cloud and

Omnichannel

Applicants must be fluent in both German and English.
