This is an exciting job opportunity to shape the global development strategy for eCommerce and work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a strong focus on best practices. The job requires proper communication and alignment with all stakeholders.

• ResponsibilitiesYou have the role of a Scrum Master in agile development teams
• You coach the team members to adopt agile methods and tools
• Furthermore you develop best practices for typical challenges in the agile software development and you resolve interfaces between the agile software development and the classical process environment
• You drive the continuous improvement process in terms of efficiency and quality
• You identify conflicts, tensions and communication improvements very early and discuss them in time or facilitate their resolution
• You work closely together with the product owners of the teams as well as with other scrum masters in the department
• You are participating in the preparation of prerequisites and conditions for agile projects in an organization on a transformation path, e.g. creation of business cases for the initiation of projects, definition of project goals, planning and organization
• You are contributing with technical and business know-how to the creation of concepts and requirements

• Ideal experience required Fluent spoken and written English. Additional languages like German, French and/or Spanish are an advantage
• at least 3-5 years of experience as Scrum Master in different agile frameworks (e.g. LeSS, SAFe)
• professional experience in international projects profound experience in the areas of Continuous Integration and Delivery
• process experience in test automation
• excellent team player, strong communication skills and problem solving focus
• outstanding analytical skills
• ability to work autonomously and with high engagement
• excellent social skills and cross-cultural experience
• profound experience with JIRA, Confluence and GIT
