Senior Project Manager – Digital Agency – CMS – Localisation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an up and coming digital team at a famous prestigious digital agency with a great work life balance and culture.

As Digital Project Manager you will manage a broad range of digital projects across a wide range of clients including Toyota, Lexus, Heineken, News UK, RBS and NatWest. You will have experience of delivering digital projects ranging from website builds, emails campaigns, dynamic advertising campaigns and UX analysis.

Responsibilities will include;

● Work with internal departments and clients to define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, resources and budget)

● Inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success

● Lead project teams of designers, copywriters, and developers helping to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables in a way that balances client requirements with team growth and morale

● Advise internal teams on best digital practice, including oversight of internal digital projects (website, e-mail newsletters, blog, etc)

● Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes, clearly communicating project issues and resolutions to internal teams and (where needed) clients

Desired skills and experience:

· Prior experience (4-5 years) as a digital Project Manager within a digital, production or marketing agency or directly related experience

· Experience managing advertising, marketing, creative and technology projects

· Expertise in the end to end management of DCO campaign production on Jivox, Celtra or Doubleclick Studio.

· Experience managing clients (external or internal) on project scope and delivery
