Global Media company is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to own the analysis and technical specification of solutions to support the transformation of our Contracts & Records Management operations globally. They will analyse and translate end-to-end business processes and associated business requirements & use cases for the creation, tracking, reporting and ongoing administration of contracts with vendors/partners across various functions and markets to articulate system, data modelling, reporting, integration and migration needs.
Key Skills Required:
Professional Qualifications / Certified Technical Business Analyst or equivalent experience
● At least 5 years of proven experience in a Technical or Systems Business Analyst role
● Experience with translating business requirements into technology requirements in a global context is a must. Experience with systems supporting legal or other regulated document creation, collaboration, auditing/reporting and administration highly preferred.
● Understanding of gathering business requirements for reporting and data needs, and translating them into MoSoW technical functional and non-functional specifiations
● Experienced using standard notification protocols – BPMN, OMG, UML
● Experience in Jira/Confluence
● Knowledge of APIs, JSON, React/Node, HTML, SQL and XML desirable
