Overview:
A fast-paced property business is looking for a Tele Canvasser to support the sales team through consistent lead generation and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is confident on the phone, target-driven, and eager to grow within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls into the property market
* Generate and qualify new leads
* Book meetings for the sales team
* Maintain and update pipeline activity
* Consistently work towards daily and weekly targets

Minimum Requirements:
* 1 year – 2 years’ experience in tele-canvassing, cold calling, or lead generation
* Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
* Target-driven with a resilient attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Advantageous:
* Previous experience in property (real estate, rentals, developments, etc.)
* Exposure to sales environments
