The “Must-Have” Superpowers:

• The Human Whisperer: You have the magic touch for training, and keeping team morale high. You’re a mentor, a coach, and the ultimate judge of “project results”
• JIRA Ninja: If it isn’t tracked, it didn’t happen. You live and breathe JIRA, from task tracking to status reporting, and you know how to leverage it like a pro
• The Device Polyglot: You’re comfortable jumping between iOS, Android, various mobile brands, and browsers. You ensure software and hardware plays nice with everyone
• Quality Sheriff: You are the guardian of the Quality Management System (QMS). CE certification and regulatory compliance (like FDA/ISO standards) aren’t just hurdles to you-they’re your north star
• The Master Strategist: You can design a test plan with your eyes closed (but please keep them open). From regression cycles to user acceptance, you plan every move three steps ahead
• The “Clean Code” Connoisseur: You lead peer reviews and drive documentation quality, ensuring that every release is as polished as a new pair of scrubs
• The Risk Radar: You identify blockers and risks before they even become problems, communicating clearly with stakeholders so there are never any “oops” moments during deployment
