Typescript Team Lead

We are on search for a Typescript Team lead for a regulated digital asset & crypto exchange group that is scaling their core platforms (client portals, payments, utilities, CRM, etc.).

They already have a strong engineering team – what they need now is someone who can own the architecture and technical direction.

They’re looking for a hands-on TypeScript Team Lead who can:

• Design and evolve system & application architecture
• Build and review backend services (Node.js)
• Guide the team on best practices, data flow, and integrations
• Still stay close to the code (TypeScript, React, Next.js)

This is not a “just manage people” role; it’s for someone who enjoys designing how everything fits together and building it with the team.
