VP Operations (Customer Success)

A rapidly scaling global fintech infrastructure business is seeking a senior operating leader to help evolve the organisation into a product-led, repeatable platform company. This role is central to how complex financial technology is packaged, sold, delivered, and supported across both digital and traditional asset classes.

You will work closely with the executive team to introduce structure, scalability, and operational discipline without slowing down innovation.

The Mandate

Build a global operating model that turns a broad set of fintech capabilities into clearly defined, commercially viable products across crypto, FX, CFDs, commodities, equities, and tokenised assets.

A key objective is reducing dependency on senior engineering leadership in pre-sales, delivery, and go-live execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Productise complex fintech capabilities into a small number of market-ready offerings with clear scope, pricing logic, and delivery timelines
  • Establish standard deployment models (SaaS, private cloud, hybrid) with defined operational and security implications
  • Partner with the CEO to run disciplined go-to-market operations, including pipeline governance, forecasting, pricing, and deal structure
  • Build repeatable pre-sales and solutioning frameworks that scale beyond ad-hoc engineering involvement
  • Stand up and lead a delivery organisation covering implementation, testing, release, and launch
  • Define gated delivery and launch methodologies with strong scope and risk control
  • Embed compliance, security, and partner readiness into platform and delivery design
  • Create a structured post-launch customer model driving retention, expansion, and operational excellence

Background & Experience:

  • 5-7+ years in fintech, trading platforms, or exchange / brokerage infrastructure
  • Experience scaling B2B product operations across commercial, delivery, and platform functions
  • Strong technical literacy across trading systems, APIs, market data, and multi-asset environments
  • Comfortable operating in regulated, enterprise client contexts
  • Proven ability to scale globally with distributed teams and complex integrations
