Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sr. Web Producer for a 12 months contract role. This Web Producer will join Clients Global Web Production team. They will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams including APJ Digital Marketing and APJ Project Managers to drive product demand and grow the sales pipeline through high-quality digital experiences.

What Will You Do:

• Manage and prioritize daily production tasks within our project management system (Workfront experience is highly desired).
• Edit and publish web content for product launches, events and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using our CMS (AEM) and other tools.
• Create campaign landing pages ensuring accurate tracking is implemented
• Complete the full lifecycle of localization requests, from creation to publication on regional websites.
• Partner with global marketing, engineering, and creative teams to implement new features and updates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Build compelling email campaigns and nurture programs.
• Adhere to Workday design, accessibility, and production guidelines.
• Proactively QA our sites to identify and resolve bugs, typos, and other areas for improvement.
• Influence and optimize web production workflows.

What Will You Need:

• Minimum 8 years web production experience building and publishing websites in AEM content management system in a B2B environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building emails (Marketo is highly desired).
• Extensive experience in editing and publishing content for multiple locales/regions.
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
• Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a talent for translating sophisticated technical requirements into clear, simple terms for non-technical audiences
• Working directly for a company’s headquarters is highly desired.
• English language proficiency both written and verbal. Multilingual (Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean) a bonus.
