Role Overview

This role focuses on managing and coordinating website content operations across two key digital platforms that drive content-led demand generation and professional engagement across multiple markets. The Website Content Manager will ensure all digital content is accurate, brand-consistent, and aligned with business priorities, while supporting market teams and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Coordinate and publish content across websites, including campaign pages, product details, and blogs.
  • Market Support & Training: Act as the main contact for market teams, providing CMS training and guidance on content standards.
  • CMS Operations: Manage workflows within a headless CMS (e.g., Sanity), including asset uploads, page structure, tagging, QA, and go-live.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with brand, design, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets SEO, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • Content Calendar: Align content updates with campaign and product launch timelines.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in content operations, website management, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on CMS experience (preferably headless CMS).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and being able to train up on CMS.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and QA abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive mindset.

Desirable

  • Experience in B2B or FMCG environments.
  • Knowledge of localisation and content governance.
  • Exposure to tools like Teams Planner or similar trackers.
